- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, mash chickpeas until they are smooth but still have some texture (you don’t want them to be too soft). falafel mix, onion powder garlic powder cumin, and salt and pepper to taste should all be added at this point.
